ASHTANGA AWARENESS PRESENTS........
2 WEEKS OF YOGA, LIFE & INSPIRATION

Throughout the course of the week, you will challenge and begin to surpass your mental and physical limitations. You will move through a whole new way of being with your body and your mind inside the practice and out. This uniquely integrated approach to Ashtanga Yoga further establishes you in a lifestyle of consciousness and yoga.
The following is an outline of the schedule for the first week. The schedule for week two will be defined on the developments of the first week. Participants may join either week one or two or both weeks. All levels are welcome.
SATURDAY 6-7PM
Introduction, welcome and general info.
SUNDAY
8-10AM - Mysore style Ashtanga practice
3-5PM - Technique: Anatomy, Breathe and Bandha:
You will learn basic functional anamotical principles that define healthy and efficient use of the body/alignment. You will deepen your experience of ujaii breathing and bandhas and leave with a more clear understanding of their location and function in the body.
7-8PM - Introduction to Meditation
MONDAY
6.30 -7.30 AM - Optional Silent Meditation
8-10AM - Mysore style Ashtanga practice
3-5PM - Technique: the Surya Namaskara. Kino and Tim leads you through a precise exploration of the Surya Namaskara as the foundation for all other asanas.
7-8PM - Dynamic Self Group: develop emotional presence and personal power in your practice and life.
TUESDAY
6.30-7.30AM - Optional Silent Meditation
8-10PM - Mysore style Ashtanga practice
3-5PM - Technique: Exploring the Primary Series: Core Strength, Virabadrasana, Headstand, Chaturanga Dandasana and much more.
7-8PM - Dynamic Self Group Meeting
WEDNESDAY
6.30-7.30AM - Optional Silent Meditation
8-10PM - Mysore style Ashtanga practice
3-5PM - Technique: Flexibility: learn what it really means to bend your back, open your hips and begin the journey of inner release on the physical and psychological plane.
7-8PM - Food for the Journey: A Nutrition Seminar for Yoga Practitioners
THURSDAY
6.30-7.30AM - Optional Silent Meditation
8-10PM - Mysore style Ashtanga practice
3-5PM - Technique: Introduction to the Intermediate Series + Handstands
7-8PM - Introdcution to Pranayama
FRIDAY
6.30-7.30AM - Optional Silent Meditation
8-10PM - Mysore style Ashtanga practice
6-7PM - Dynamic Self Group Meeting
Price for the workshop will be 700 euro for one week and 1000 euro for two weeks per person sharing in a double room, including all classes and three meals a day. For single rooms add 150 euro per week.
